I booked this room last minute. We were in town for a concert so all the prices around had skyrocketed. This place went up slightly but nothing compared to the other places we looked at. Entire place was updated and looked very nice. The beds. OMG the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Seriously, I meant to peak at what brand they were but forget! Perfectly firm and soft at the same time. Staff was kind and even returned my phone I accidentally left in the lobby bathroom when we first got there. Outside was beautiful at night when we went and sat outside for a little bit at the end of the night. Shower had great pressure, shampoo was surprisingly great and not the cheap drying kind. More than enough towels provided and the AC worked great. I also love when they have an option to run the fan without keeping the AC on the whole time. Helps me sleep. Room was nice and dark. Everything was clean. We didn't get up in time to catch breakfast but they also didn't harass us or charge any extra for checking out slightly after 11. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be the first place we look at when we visit NWA. Oh and the closet door had a full size mirror that opened out so you can see your entire outfit if you want to lol!

The property was well kept and had a great variety of amenities. I didn’t use many, like the pool or gym, but the snack bar, breakfast, and rooms were great. From the other recent reviews, I was nervous about my stay, but this stay was exceptional for a 3* property - I expected a lot less. The breakfast was more than I anticipated for a mid-tier hotel, as I’ve stayed at many nicer properties that had less breakfast options. The rooms were very clean, save for some candy wrappers I found in a drawer. They were also in good repair, except the pull out couch cushions had some tears. The room didn’t have enough towels when we checked in, but the front desk staff was attentive and kind when I went down to ask for more. Overall, I am impressed and would stay here again and again!

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with anything we needed.

Great location to get around town esp to the Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. The lobby smelled really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, couch, fridge and microwave.

I was upset when I arrived because I brought the kids to swim for spring break, but Richard at the front desk said the pool was down but called the sister Hotel so we were able to swim in their pool! Very accommodating Staff,very clean ,good Breakfast! Close to Restaurants and activities in the area!

Staff was very friendly. We booked on booking and it wasn't the room we booked. We booked a handicap room and it was a regular room. The man at the desk was very upset I didn't get what I booked and gave us a couple snacks for my daughter. Might stay again when we come thru.
